Local Deviled Eggs

Ingredients:
1 Dozen Ontario Grade A Organic Free-Run Eggs
20 Elmira Cherry Tomatoes
A Handful of Fresh Parsley
Directions:
1. In advance, hard boil the eggs. Peel them, cut them in half, and carefully remove the yolks. Place the yolks in a bowl.
Chop 15 of the cherry tomatoes and the parsley. Add to the egg yolks, and mash together until the desired consistency is reached.
2. Spoon the yolks into the remaining egg-white halves. Sliced the remaining cherry tomatoes diagonally and add to the top of the eggs as garnish.
