Peach and Blueberry Crisp

Ingredients:
• 6-8 Peaches, peeled and sliced
• 2 cups blueberries
• 1 cup oats
• 3 tbsps butter
• ½ cup maple syrup (2 x ¼ cup portions)
Directions:• In a 2.5L baking dish toss peaches and blueberries with ¼ cup of maple syrup
• In a mixing bowl rub the butter into the oats. Stir in maple syrup. Mixture should be crumbly. If too wet, add a few more oats. Sprinkle over fruit.
• Bake at 350F for 40mins.
