100-Mile Pizza Pocket

Ingredients:
Bottom Layer:
2 Cups Flour
2/3 Cup Luke Warm Water
1 Tbsp Water
Salt to Taste
Top Layer:
1 ½ Cups Flour
2/3 Cup Luke Warm Water
Splash Oil
Salt to Taste
Filling:
1 Tomato, chopped
1 Garlic Sprout, minced
2 Handfuls Spinach, freshly chopped
6 Asparagus, chopped
1 Small White Carrot
½ Red Pepper, diced
Parsley
Thyme
Optional Cheese
Directions:
1. Stretch the bottom layer of dough, with your hands or with a rolling pin. Fill loaf pan ¾ of the way up the side.
2. Cut vegetables and add to the pan. We recommend tomato, garlic, spinach, asparagus, white carrot, red pepper, parsley and thyme.
3. Stretch the top layer of dough over top of the vegetables. Use a fork to seal the edges, pressing firmly.
4. Bake in the oven for 40 minutes at 350F degrees.
