Swiss Chard Rolls

Ingredients:
Filling:
Ground Beef
Rolled Oats
Fresh Oregano, chopped
Bok Choy, chopped
Garlic Scapes, chopped
Green Onions, chopped

Swiss Chard Leaves
1 Jar Tomato Sauce

Directions:
1. Mix together filling ingredients.
2. Wrap in swiss chard leaves.
3. Add tomato sauce on top.
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
5. Sprinkle with parsley.
